I have tried to make the booking process as easy as possible so we can get to planning your perfect bridal hair and / or makeup ASAP!
It starts with you making an enquiry, either here on the website or Instagram, Facebook, Bridebook etc.
Providing I am available on your date, I will either book you in for a quick phone consultation or we will have a bit of an email exchange to discuss your requirements further, this may not be necessary but it depends how much detail you put in your enquiry. If I am not available then I will put you in touch with my most trusted colleagues to see if they have availability on your date.
Once I have all the details I need, I will send you your quote. If you are happy with all the details and want to go ahead I will set you up with your own client portal which will give you access to your invoices, contract, booking confirmation and various other things. I will then send you the log in details so you can view your invoice and pay your £150 deposit to secure the date in my diary, this deposit is non-refundable. Once your signed contract and deposit have been received your booking will be secured in my diary and I will not take any further bookings for that date.
When it comes to your trial, I will send you a scheduler so that you can pick a date and time that suits you, trials take place on a Friday at my home studio in Longworth between 10am – 4pm and will last between 2 – 4 hours. However, if this doesn’t work for you please let me know and we can arrange to have your trial on a different day or at a different location, additional travel fees may apply.
You will receive an email reminder 24 hours before your trial which will also include some info on what to expect and how to prepare for your trial so do keep an eye out for that.
Your trial will roll round much quicker than you think and next thing you know we will be talking all things wedding while creating your hair & makeup style.
Your trial is exactly that, a time for us to try out a look or two, not perfect them. Hair and makeup is very subjective and personal and so much of it is led by personal taste and style, if you aren’t happy with what I have created for you then please speak up during the trial so we can try something else. Remember, it’s all about finding your bridal style so don’t stress! If we don’t nail it first time, no worries we will try again until we get it.
Once you have had your trial and I have been through the finer details with you I will put a schedule together for the morning of your wedding which will be emailed over to you for your records.
I will be in touch around 6 weeks before your wedding day to issue the invoice for you remaining balance (this will be the total minus your £150 deposit and whatever the amount of your trial(s) came to). Your remaining balance must be paid no later than 28 days prior to the wedding.
So that is pretty much it for the booking process, if you have any questions I am more than happy to have a chat, just get in touch. I look forward to meeting you!
